I am supporting a vertically-integrated manufacturer withing the PV industry, who are expanding their Energy Storage team.

This role will report directly to the General Manager, Commercial.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect and understand customer needs, market trends and input from leadership to support product strategy and growth roadmap.
- Engage with energy storage developers within LATAM to understand key business drivers to ensure product and service offering maximises value for their portfolio.
- Develop proposals in response to customer requirements.
- Explore new markets for expansion of product offering.
- Collaborate with internal commercial teams in managing the product launch process.
- Grow and develop the business development team.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years' experience in Storage and Solar industry.
- Proven track record of business development experience and successes.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and understanding of financial reports.
- 50% travel required
- Understanding of the LATAM market for solar and storage

Salary circa. 100,000,000 CLP + bonus (negotiable)
