Business Development Manager (BDM) – CFD & Forex Broker Role Purpose: The BDM is responsible for driving the broker’s growth in the assigned market, acquiring new clients (retail and/or professional), developing strategic partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, fund managers, prop traders, and other key industry players. The role focuses on increasing Net Deposits, trading volume, active clients, and market penetration. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients: active traders, IBs, affiliates, prop firms, and trading communities. Execute commercial strategies to increase Net Deposits, trading volume, and client retention. Communicate the broker’s value proposition clearly to position it competitively in the market. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key clients and partners. Provide ongoing follow‑up, first‑level support, and performance insights to ensure sustainable growth. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities (trading academies, communities, influencers, fintech alliances). Structure commercial agreements aligned with company policies (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, rebates). Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, competitor offerings, platforms, and instruments. Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, marketing campaigns, and acquisition strategies. Internal Coordination: Work closely with marketing, compliance, support, and product teams to enhance client acquisition and experience. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Core KPIs Monthly and quarterly Net Deposits. New active clients acquired. New IBs or partnership agreements signed. Client retention and activity rate. Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Results‑oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker. Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience 2–5+ years of experience in CFD/Forex brokers, fintech, or financial services. Proven experience with IB networks, affiliates, trading communities, or professional traders. Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, etc. Experience in international markets is a plus. Languages Native‑level Spanish. Advanced English (required).
