This position will report directly to the DE&I Global Team to help ensure we achieve this in Experian Chile. **Role Objective**: Work with Global DE&I and HR Chile to help our employees feel safe and valued. this role is guided by Global Experian Wellbeing and Global DE&I guidelines, and local legal regulation that applies in Chile. In fact, Experian Chile must comply with the local DE&I Law, related to Workplace Inclusion and Disability. **Responsibilities**: **The Wellbeing and DE&I Specialist, working with the Global DE&I, will be responsible for**: **Wellbeing** 1. Participates with HR Chile Team in the deploys Global S**trategy of Wellbeing programs in alignment with Corporate**. 2. **Keeps abreast of legislative changes** around Wellbeing for Chile and ensures company policies and practices adhere to local and federal regulations. 3. **Wellbeing ambassador** for Chile, responsible for coordination of Health and Wellness programs. 4. **Policy** and guideline management. 5. Provides **advice and support (Education) to leaders of people on** DE&I and Wellbeing. 6. Design and execution of welfare **talks and workshops**. 7. Liaison with **suppliers** **8. **Government reporting** 9. Management of the local DE&I and Wellbeing **budget.** 10. **Social support to employees**, and accompaniment. 11. **Network management**. Links with NGOs and CES, to contribute to the value proposition. 12. Joint work with **Health and Risk Preventions** area. 13. **ERGs coordination** and leadership (Aspire, WIE, Sport and CSR Chile), 14. Support **Communications** in the generation of communication. 16. **Link to HR**, actions and internal events such as all hands, recognition ceremonies, year-end celebrations, national holidays and others. **DE&I** **1. **Deploys the Global DE&I Strategy.** **2. **Implements DE&I annual program** 3.
