**Position Overview**
We’re hiring a **Remote Administrative and Client Support Specialist** to support our CEO and sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow with a successful business. You’ll help manage communications, appointments, and customer follow-ups—playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Support**
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling
- Help customers schedule consultations and service appointments
**Client Qualification**
- Use a provided script to qualify incoming leads
- Assess customer needs and determine fit for our services
- Gather necessary client details for internal use
**Appointment Scheduling**
- Coordinate appointments based on team routes and customer availability
- Use scheduling tools to manage calendars
- Communicate schedules clearly to both customers and sales staff
**Sales Team Support**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Track task progress and follow up with staff to ensure completion
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and task coordination
**Requesting Customer Reviews**
- Contact clients after service completion to request online reviews
- Provide easy-to-follow review instructions
- Follow up as needed to increase review response rates
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with tools like RingCentral, spreadsheets, and calendar software
- Familiarity with basic marketing practices is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
**Requirements**:
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable work-from-home setup
- Friendly and confident communication style, especially with commercial clients
- Professional presence on video calls (Zoom, etc.)
- Must be comfortable submitting a brief introduction video
