**Position Overview**
We are looking for a high-performing **Virtual Sales Specialist** who thrives in a remote environment and has a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into clients, as well as maintaining relationships for long-term sales growth. A strong focus on **cold calling and outbound prospecting** is essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **cold calling campaigns** to reach out to potential clients across different industries
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations
- Close deals or coordinate with internal teams for contract finalization
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs
- Provide regular reporting and insights on performance metrics

**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in remote or B2B environments
- Proven experience in **cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Organized, disciplined, able to manage pipeline and multitask
- Experience in virtual / remote work setups is a plus
- Resilience and persistence when handling objections and rejections
