**This position reports to**:
Service Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead contract management services for local Motion business area, adhering to directives, instructions, and procedures. Each day, you will ensure execution of contract management activities in line with the contract management framework. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the creation, review, and implementation of the overall service start. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Santiago, Chile. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring that service agreement commitments are in line with customer expectations. - Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points. - Supporting preparation of tenders through providing input on possible service selection to meet customer requirements, in accordance with the operational capabilities of the respective service unit. - Driving team and process performance for contract services, providing feedback on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievements and routing customer feedback effectively. **Qualifications for the role**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management (PM) and Contract Management.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in project execution and management, with over 2 years of experience in the position.
- You are highly skilled in project management, cost management, and the industrial engineering market.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Excel (advanced) and Power BI.
- You are at ease communicating in advanced English.
- You are passionate about continuous improvement, communication skills, project management, customer satisfaction, and a proactive attitude.
