Importante empresa líder del mercado nacional e internacional ligara al área productiva se encuentra en búsqueda de profesionales de las carreras Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en RRHH, Técnico en RRHH o carrera afín para desempeñarse como HR Analyst.

**Funciones**:

- Apoyo en la gestión de procesos internos de RRHH (Reclutamiento - Control de Presupuesto - Administración de información y generaciones de informes).
- Análisis de datos de RRHH (Distintos KPIs).
- Soporte a la Línea en temas de RRHH- Bienestar y remuneraciones. Administración de documentación y servicios.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en carreras de Ing. Comercial, Ing. RRHH, Técnico en RR.HH., Industrial o afines
- Consumo Masivo y Retail (mínimo 1 año)
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Office
- Manejo de SAP y BW a nível usuario (no excluyente)
- Con conocimientos en procesos internos de RRHH (mínimo 2 años de experiência en el área)
- Alta capacidad analítica y correlación de la información
- Colaborador, decisivo, pro-activo y dinámico. Pasión por el servicio al cliente.
