Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance. Assist with employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and reporting. Deliver portions of new employee orientation under guidance. Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management system; elevate issues as needed. Participate in audits, process improvements, and team projects. Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business to ensure smooth HR processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers Advanced English level Around 1 year of experience in HR processes, preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with accurate data entry Availability to work from the office 3 to 4x/week Seniority level: Entry level.
