**HR Operations Analyst**:
**Objective**

Support operational and administrative activities related to people management within the organization. Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation.

**Activities**:

- Maintaining and updating employee records, including contracts, job changes, promotions and terminations.
- Working with the financial department to process the monthly payroll.
- Manage the inclusion, exclusion and alteration of employee benefits, such as health plans, meals and other incentives.
- Liaise with benefit vendors and resolve issues related to benefit purchasing and contract maintenance.
- Assist with activities related to fixed and variable compensation.
- Control leave, vacation and absence requests, ensuring compliance with Chilean labor legislation.
- Keep abreast of changes in Chilean labor legislation and ensure that the company complies with all regulations.
- Represent the company in negotiations with unions and other labor relations issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct selection processes for new hires, from vacancy posting to CV screening and interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with vacancy managers.
- Conduct onboarding of new employees, acting in the integration process of new employees, ensuring that they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Assess the training and development needs of employees at different levels.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops and professional development programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Keep employees informed of policy changes, internal events and other relevant communications.
