**Job Overview**

Provide HR operational and administrative support for Chile and other markets, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance.

- Assist with employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and reporting.

- Deliver portions of new employee orientation under guidance.

- Participate in audits, process improvements, and team projects.

- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business to ensure smooth HR processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers

- Advanced English level

- Around 1 year of experience in HR processes, preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry

- Availability to work from the office 3 to 4x/week.
