**Especialista de Servicios - Técnico/a en Control de Plagas - RM**

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Conocer características y beneficios de los productos de Ecolab y posicionarlos con los clientes.
- Proporcionar al cliente un ambiente libre de plagas, aplicando las técnicas necesarias para lograrlo.
- Diagnosticar y definir las áreas de afectación de cada cliente, analizar sus causas y consecuencias, para posteriormente resolverlos efectivamente, entender, comprender y resolver las necesidades de los clientes
- Proveer servicio a cada cuenta asignada en términos de calidad y buscar oportunidades de negocio con los clientes.
- Desarrollar planes de contingencia.
- Planificar y organizar el calendario de Rutas y cumplir con las visitas planificadas.
- Realizar reportes de las visitas realizadas a los clientes.
- Dar soporte Técnico, en lo que se refiere a recomendaciones para evitar la contaminación.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulo mínimo: Educación Media
- Deseable alguna carrera Agrícola, Medicina Veterinaria, Agronomía. (No excluyente)
- Con mucha motivación de aprender y desarrollarse en este rubro. (No es necesario contar con previa experiência en Plagas)
- Experiência en trabajo en Terreno e interacción con Clientes (Deseable)
- Disponibilidad de viajes
- Contar licencia de conducir clase B con al menos 3 años de experiência (Excluyente)
- Contar con entusiasmo para trabajar de forma dinámica, proactiva, comprometida y orientado al servicio al cliente siendo responsable y comprometido con los valores de la empresa.
- Contar con ganas de realizar trabajo en terreno y físico.
- Residir en la Región Metropolitana o alrededores (Excluyente)
