We are looking for an Employee Service Specialist with a strong focus on visa and immigration processes to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in supporting employees through international mobility procedures. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Work Visa Management: Manage the complete work visa process, from initial application to final approval, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Compliance Monitoring: Track and monitor the validity of employees’ business visas, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal policies. Employee Support & Service: Provide comprehensive assistance to employees applying for business visas to other countries, guiding them through each step of the process and resolving inquiries efficiently. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in employee services, HR operations, immigration, or visa-related processes. Hands‑on experience managing or supporting work and business visa applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication and service‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
