Job Description:
- Conceptualise, build, lead and drive people strategy in a high growth organization launching soon in Argentina
- Evaluate policies, processes and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy
- Work with people teams to identify issues, design and deliver targeted interventions/ solutions
- Develop key people metrics and reports to keeping management abreast of people developments and issues
- Be a trusted advisor to coach, provide expertise and strategic insights in people-related matters
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and legislation to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, with track record of driving and supporting high growth organization
- Good knowledge of Argentinian regulations and labour relations
- Possess commercial acumen and foresight to anticipate organization needs
- Thrive in dynamic and fast paced environment with changing circumstances
- Strong stakeholder and team management experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and drive results through teams
- Strong analytical skills, hands on and pragmatic problem-solver
- Native Spanish and Fluent English is mandatory
