Estamos buscando un/a Benefits & Wellbeing Lead cuya misión es diseñar e implementar la propuesta de valor para empleados en relación a beneficios y wellbeing, que debe ir en línea con la propuesta de valor externa, trabajando de la mano con el área de atracción de talento, para sumarse a nuestro equipo de HR.

Estos son los desafíos que te esperan:
- Diseño e implementación de la propuesta de valor de beneficios en línea con las tendencias de mercado y apalancado en el enfoque cultural de la organización.- Diseño e implementación de la propuesta de valor de wellbeing, alineada al plan de cultura.- Investigación de mercado constante para estar al tanto de tendencias en términos de beneficios (benckmark con empresas).- Entregar data para decisiones de implementación de nuevos beneficios y prácticas de wellbeing.- Administración de servicio bienestar social, seguros complementarios y seguros de vida.- Relación directa con empresas de seguros, Cajas de Compensación, Proveedores de Servicios, etc.- Manejo del presupuesto del área.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti para ser parte de esta experiência?- Estudios: Ingeniería Comercial, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Asistente social o afín.- Experiência: 3 años.- Nível de inglés intermedio.- Competencias: Trabajo en equipo, manejo de presupuesto, liderazgo de proyectos en cargos anteriores.
