Background & Purpose of the Role
The HR Lead for Chile will play a pivotal role at Unilever as the primary business partner to the Country GM. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position that sits on the Country Leadership Team (CLT) and is a member of the HR1UL Team. The role oversees a 550 FTE operation, including 1 production site, 1 distribution centers, 5 unions, and 7 CLT members responsible for delivering €450 million in multicategory sales.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leadership to advance strategic people priorities across the organization.
- Drive business strategy through workforce planning, talent and succession strategies, organizational design, capability building, and DE&I initiatives that foster a culture of belonging.
- Coach leaders to build a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions supported by measurable KPIs and improvement plans.
- Provide data-driven insights to shape Chile’s people agenda.
- Lead complex change and transformation programs.
- Manage key HR cycles, including performance management, annual pay review, and engagement survey action planning.
- Use consultative HR expertise to advance organizational development, leadership, culture, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders, People Experience, and Legal teams on complex employee relations matters.
- Act as a senior leader within the HR community, leading key workstreams and mentoring the broader team.

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive action and impact.
