Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (six months) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.

**This position reports to**:
HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in monitoring, execution and implementation of the activities of: communications, events and training.
- Support with the implementation of all employee engagement activities in support mainly of the communications, events and training area.

**Your background**:

- Active student studying the last semesters of Psychology or Business Administration.
- Knowledge in business communication.
- Knowledge in the area of Training and Education.
- Intermediate English level.
- Have current school insurance.
- Proactivity and self-management capacity.
