Estamos en búsqueda de un Ad Sales Manager para una empresa líder en su industria, que está expandiendo su estrategia digital y multiplataforma. Este rol será esencial para impulsar el crecimiento comercial y fortalecer la presencia de la compañía en un mercado en constante evolución.
¿Qué harás?
El Ad Sales Manager será responsable de definir y liderar la estrategia comercial de ventas publicitarias, enfocándose en identificar nuevas oportunidades de ingresos dentro del entorno digital.
Gestionará y fortalecerá las relaciones con clientes y agencias clave, buscando siempre expandir la cartera y maximizar el impacto comercial.
Además, trabajará estrechamente con equipos internos para coordinar campañas y proyectos, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
El rol también incluye la supervisión y análisis de KPIs, optimizando resultados y proponiendo mejoras constantes en la estrategia.
Con un enfoque en la innovación, se espera que el AD Sales Manager impulse nuevas formas de monetización y explore la integración de oportunidades publicitarias en nuevos formatos y plataformas.
¿Qué buscamos?
Al menos 8 años de experiencia en ventas publicitarias, gestión de equipos o roles comerciales en entornos digitales o multiplataforma.
Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos estratégicos.
Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Publicidad o carreras afines.
Conocimiento sólido en productos digitales, negociación y ecosistemas multiplataforma.
Inglés avanzado.
