Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our major clients in Chile. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proactively proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services according to customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to generating new business opportunities that evolve into long-lasting relationships.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and providing customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Mid-level experience in the forklift or battery industry.
