En su rol como Sales Development Manager, serás parte de nuestro equipo regional LATAM en Santiago de Chile, que administra una amplia gama de marcas y soluciones globales de audífonos (Audio Service, Widex, Signia y otras) para clientes B2B.Para garantizar el éxito de estas marcas globales, desarrollarás e impulsarás campañas de marketing y lanzamiento de productos.
La amplitud de esta posición, te permitirá aplicar y desarrollar tus habilidades estratégicas y creativas.
Reportarás directamente al Director Regional de Productos y Marketing.Tu nuevo rolResponsable de negocios & revenue para un portafolio de países en LATAMDesarrollar a clientes existentes para hacer crecer su negocioDesarrollar nuevos canales y estrategias de ventaLevantar nuevos enfoques comerciales y escalar iniciativas corporativasOptimizar la colaboración con el equipo de Customer ServiceCrear e implementar planes de negocioCaptar nuevos clientes para poner en marcha el negocioPromover una cultura centrada en nuestros Clientes, que refleje los valores de la organización, fomente la excelencia y recompense el buen desempeñoReporta directamente al Head of Export LATAMTrabajar analíticamente y de manera estructurada, punto clave en una organización matricialTu perfilLicenciatura en marketing o administración de empresas o una calificación equivalente.5+ años de sólida experiencia en ventas, B2B y B2C.Experiencia en negocio médico, óptico o de audífonos (ideal, no es un must)Competencia itermedia/avanzada en Excel y PowerPointCapacidad comprobada en investigación de mercados y desarrollo de estrategias GTMMostrar sólidas habilidades de organización y estrategia, relacionadas a planificación, programación y otros que puedan surgir dentro del rolOrientación y enfoque en el cliente para comprender desafíos y oportunidadesTrabajar con equipos en una estructura global/matricialPotencial en liderazgo funcional Excelente habilidad en lenguaje local -español- (el inglés es un plus)Qué puedes esperar de nosotros Nos mueve el propósito de recuperar la audición y un sonido maravilloso para todos.

Estamos ansiosos por saber de ti In your role as Sales Development Manager, you will be part of our regional LATAM team in Santiago de Chile, that manages a wide range of global hearing aid brands and solutions (Audio Service, Widex, Signia and others) for B2B customers.To ensure the success of these global brands, you will develop and drive marketing and product launch campaigns.

You will report directly to the regional Product and Marketing Director.Your new jobAccountable for business and revenues for a country portfolio in LATAMDevelop existing customers to grow their businessDevelop new sales channels and strategiesDerive new business approaches as well as scale corporate initiativesOptimize collaboration with customer service teamCreate and implement business plans as an entrepreneur accordingWin over new customers to start up our hearing instrument businessPromote a culture that focus on customers, reflects the organization's values, encourages excellence and rewards good performanceReports directly to the Head of Export LATAMWorking analytical in a structured manner is key in a matrix organizationThat is youYou hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or equal qualification5+ years Strong experiences in Sales, B2B and B2CBackground in medical-, optical -, or hearing aid business is idealFundamental experience in Excel and PowerPoint requiredProven capability in market research and developing GTM strategiesDisplay strong organization skills in sourcing, planning, scheduling and executing strategies and eventsCustomer-oriented in understanding customers' preferences and feedbackWorking with teams in a matrix structure across the globeFirst functional leader experiencesSpanish in written and speaking on a native level (English is a plus but not a must)What you can expect from usWe are driven by the purpose to bring back hearing and wonderful sound for all.
