About the Role

Acronis International GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our team in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/Solutions Selling and strong people management skills across geo-distributed teams.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team to execute technical pre-sales and post-sales activities that advance all aspects of the sales cycle. You will also manage and develop the Solutions Engineering function in LATAM, proactively addressing customer business objectives and technical challenges.

  • Manage and develop geo-distributed teams of Solutions Engineers, growing teams' competencies and performance against company targets.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to generate and grow net new revenue for the company within the region.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders to develop a territory and per-account strategy and accurately forecast on technical opportunity details.
  • Drive Solutions Engineering team development and training, enabling them to be effective in their role.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within prospective accounts, focusing on continuous discovery, gap analysis, and new opportunity development.
