About the Role:

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager - LATAM to lead our sales efforts in the LATAM market. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and boosting conversions for leads and demo accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong connections with warm leads, conduct demos, and engage with existing clients through exceptional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Keep clients informed about market analysis and trade opportunities to maintain a strong presence in the global markets.
  • Administer KYC procedures to onboard new clients efficiently.
  • Address client inquiries using your expertise in our products and platform.
  • Exhibit a professional, compassionate, and positive demeanor towards all customers.
  • Translate complex information into clear and concise concepts, such as trading principles.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong phone presence.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline efficiently while meeting various deadlines.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, comfortable engaging with data and figures.
  • Alignment with the core values of Pepperstone.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Background in financial investments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
