As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering advice and recommendations, and identifying business opportunities by promoting company products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with the LEWA team in Brazil, ensuring smooth communication and providing the necessary information for product or system development.
- Facilitate collaboration between clients, the technical team, and the factory.
- Lead the development of new markets, programs, campaigns, and events in collaboration with technical teams, managing activities within the assigned territory and adhering to client visit schedules.
- Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals, leading training sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to accounts receivable by ensuring clients meet their commercial obligations.
- Generate reports and perform additional tasks as assigned by direct management.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales and client visits, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or engineering roles.
- Familiarity with pumps, pumping systems, and/or industrial process equipment.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
