We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales support, network services administration, and wireless technologies deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint, providing expert advice on features, specifications, and functionality.
- Sales calls - serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on networking applications and solutions.
- Post-sales - lead technical contact for identified accounts, resolving customer technical issues through collaboration with the technical support team and engineering.
- Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Typically requires 8-12 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
- Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
- Experience with Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting, and doing site surveys.
- Solid understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies.
- Exceptional understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus.
- Solid understanding in RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
- Certifications: CCIE, CISSP.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
