This contract/consultancy position requires working hours between 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends based on departmental needs.

About the Job:
  • We're seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Job Description:
  1. Increase revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities.
  2. Pursue leads assigned by the company via various communication channels.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to support clients throughout the loan process.
  4. Manage sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress accurately.
  5. Additional tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English with superior communication skills (C1 or higher).
  • At least 5 years of recent experience as a Residential Mortgage Broker.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and brokers via phone and virtual meetings.
  • Knowledge of Non-QM mortgage products.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
