This contract/consultancy position requires working hours between 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends based on departmental needs.
About the Job:- We're seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Increase revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities.
- Pursue leads assigned by the company via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support clients throughout the loan process.
- Manage sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress accurately.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in English with superior communication skills (C1 or higher).
- At least 5 years of recent experience as a Residential Mortgage Broker.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and brokers via phone and virtual meetings.
- Knowledge of Non-QM mortgage products.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
