Business Development Manager for Retail Vertical

{"Main Responsibilities": "Lead a team of Analysts and/or Executives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Retail vertical. This involves guiding, coaching, and developing team members to ensure high standards of performance and professional competencies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include NPS, QR codes, QBOs, platform adoption, knowledge expansion, and Engage.

Drive the Retail CS business and mission through delivery of Thought Leadership, and work closely with counterparts to manage relationships with Hubs.

Develop probing skills to identify and uncover business questions, and hold the team accountable for delivery of insights.

Manage client expectations through project scoping, prioritization, time management, and JBP priorities.

Lead generation: support Ads by guiding the CS team to identify, create, and convert opportunities to incremental sales.

Proactively partner with stakeholders to prevent and remove potential roadblocks for the Retail CS team.

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class analyses and relevant insights through Thought Leadership.

Generate CPS, CMI, and Analytics Leads (upsell contracts, ad-hoc, CAS).

## Qualifications
  • 7+ years of business experience
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience
  • English language proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced/Advanced desirable)
  • Good project management skills
  • Proven team management experience
  • Customer management and consulting skills
  • Working under pressure and stress management
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Trading and negotiation skills
  • Proven cross-functional team management skills
