About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, proactively source candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business. Your passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences will be essential in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a brand ambassador and manage multiple vacancies across various Corporate Functions at Xe, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  2. Partner and consult with hiring managers to support their current and future hiring needs, while building their capability to interview and assess potential hires.
  3. Facilitate vacancy requirement briefings with hiring managers to enable the building of effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  4. Actively seek new ways to improve our recruitment and selection tools and systems, including building relationships with third parties.
  5. Conduct candidate screening for short-listing, including phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
  6. Talent mapping, benchmarking, and pipeline management, with regular updates to hiring managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition on progress with vacancies and flagged risks.
  7. For selected senior appointments, perform external talent mapping/research and approach target candidates (headhunting).
  8. Drive the offer management process, including negotiating and closing candidates and completing pre-employment screening.
  9. Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to coordinate new starter inductions and other cross-functional requests.
  10. Produce reporting to measure the performance of recruitment activities, including cost per hire, time per hire, direct/agency cost spend, and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various roles.
  2. Proficiency in Human Resources systems, such as Workable, Jobvite, Oracle, HiBob, or ADP.
  3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
