About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, proactively source candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business. Your passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences will be essential in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage multiple vacancies across various Corporate Functions at Xe, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Partner and consult with hiring managers to support their current and future hiring needs, while building their capability to interview and assess potential hires.
- Facilitate vacancy requirement briefings with hiring managers to enable the building of effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Actively seek new ways to improve our recruitment and selection tools and systems, including building relationships with third parties.
- Conduct candidate screening for short-listing, including phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
- Talent mapping, benchmarking, and pipeline management, with regular updates to hiring managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition on progress with vacancies and flagged risks.
- For selected senior appointments, perform external talent mapping/research and approach target candidates (headhunting).
- Drive the offer management process, including negotiating and closing candidates and completing pre-employment screening.
- Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to coordinate new starter inductions and other cross-functional requests.
- Produce reporting to measure the performance of recruitment activities, including cost per hire, time per hire, direct/agency cost spend, and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various roles.
- Proficiency in Human Resources systems, such as Workable, Jobvite, Oracle, HiBob, or ADP.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
