Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Chile. As a key member of our clinical research team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful conduct of clinical studies across various protocols and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout study phases.
  • Perform site management and monitoring activities, adhering to local regulations, protocols, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Site Ready status and ensure smooth study execution.
  • Conduct site visits, including validation, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, maintaining accurate and comprehensive visit reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct site management experience in bio/pharma/CRO environments.
  • Proven skills in site management, patient recruitment, and independent monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices and ability to mentor junior CRAs.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and clinical IT applications.
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics and make informed decisions.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
