We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the travel and schedule of our General Manager and other managers, as well as managing administrative aspects of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective use of resources.
- Manage the General Manager's agenda, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Prepare reports and documents accurately, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with different departments and clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
