NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Manager Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Utilize NTT DATA's sales tools and methodologies to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure NTT DATA remains competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Seasoned experience in a sales or client management role, preferably in a similar industry.
