Client Service Specialist

Job Overview
As a Client Service Specialist with IQVIA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality client services, working closely with internal resources to ensure timely and accurate report generation. Your primary responsibility will be to control the report generation process, providing guidance and support to clients on a daily basis or as a specialist on specific products/services.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
• Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
• Follow IQVIA data verification protocols.
• Research, analyze, and respond to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
• Provide support to the team for client service meetings at customer sites.
• May produce ad-hoc studies on demand.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Two (1) years related work experience Required
• Advanced English and Portuguese
• Experience in an IQVIA role preferred and pharmaceutical experience Preferred
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills
