Your Day at NTT DATA

As a Client Manager Specialist in Cybersecurity, your primary responsibility will be to take full ownership of assigned accounts and develop strategies to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas. You'll leverage NTT DATA's tools and methodologies to analyze client needs and business requirements, while displaying strategic thinking capabilities and a high level of business acumen.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
  • Build relationships and influence key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with NTT DATA's global network to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Realize revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with NTT DATA's offerings and solutions.
  • Develop and drive Dimension Data strategy with local CMs within assigned regional accounts.
  • Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
  • Utilize NTT DATA's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
  • Stay up-to-date on International Trade Policy and its implications.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Grow profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for NTT DATA's regional clients' portfolio.
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire buying process by taking ownership of commercial agreements.
  • Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating how NTT DATA can add value through services and solutions.
  • Approach account management in a systematic way by identifying strategies for account growth.
  • Analyze commercial information to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Sales business acumen, focusing on planning, leveraging tools, and data, and concentrating on NTT DATA business requirements.
  • Sales client engagement and management, understanding client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
  • Sales solution skills, linking NTT DATA offerings to client needs and outcomes.
  • Sales pursuit, identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Relevant degree or advanced diploma.
  • Advanced qualification advantageous.
  • Relevant vendor certifications.

Required Experience:

  • Seasoned experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and customer service roles.
  • Seasoned sales and client engagement experience, with a good understanding of business, sourcing, and technology markets.
  • Seasoned experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
  • Seasoned experience managing regional accounts and building relationships.
  • Seasoned experience analyzing commercial information.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform.
