**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team at 3Search. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the B2B payments sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new logos within the Financial Services or Insurance sector, with a strong ability to sell B2B SaaS financial technology solutions to Banks. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, being able to speak English and Spanish as first languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Financial Services industry
  • Sell B2B SaaS financial technology solutions to Banks and other financial institutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a hunting sales role in the B2B Payments sector
  • Proven track record of overachieving on quota
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry and its needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
