Whom we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who excels at identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sustained growth. With your deep industry experience and extensive network of contacts, you'll leverage your skills to foster strong partnerships and close high-value deals. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, managing large accounts, and presenting technology-driven solutions to senior decision-makers.

What are your main responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and prospecting in assigned regions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to position OfficeCore's solutions effectively.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring thorough qualification, negotiation, and successful handoff to the implementation team.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance, with a focus on meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client pain points and present relevant solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a clear understanding of software solutions and trends.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive business growth and develop long-term client relationships.
