Klaviyo Technical Support Professional

Hustler Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Klaviyo Technical Support Professional to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and technical skills.
The Klaviyo Technical Support Professional will provide technical support to the Service Team, including troubleshooting issues with email marketing campaigns, setting up email marketing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo, and performing quality assurance checks. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo, and great creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
As a Klaviyo Technical Support Professional, you will play an active role in the Service Department, assisting the Service Team with technical tasks and providing support to the AMA Team. You will work closely with the AMA Lead and Service Director to ensure that all technical aspects of our clients' email marketing are working effectively and optimally.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Klaviyo and email marketing principles and practices, as well as experience working with technical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the Service Team, including troubleshooting issues with email marketing campaigns
- Set up email marketing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
- Perform quality assurance checks on email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the AMA Lead and Service Director to ensure that all technical aspects of our clients' email marketing are working effectively and optimally
- Stay up-to-date with industry-wide best practices and standards (as it pertains to Klaviyo)
