We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of AWS services.
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
