Drive Business Growth as a Sales Manager at JOBI

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our client's team at JOBI. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer retention
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Experience in B2B sales and closing complex deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
