We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Director to lead our Orthopedics business line in Chile. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and overseeing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market leadership in the Orthopedics industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align local strategies with regional and global objectives.
- Sales and Performance Management
- Oversee a team of sales professionals, including managers and sales representatives.
- Define sales quotas and ensure effective distribution among sales representatives.
- Monitor progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand market needs and develop effective solutions.
- Training and Development
- Identify training and development needs within the sales team.
- Coordinate with the training department to address skill gaps and enhance team performance.
- Experience
- Previous experience in the Orthopedics industry.
- Strong experience in leadership positions.
- Skills
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
