About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and shaping commercial strategies in the Latin America region for AB Agri Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, key customers, and stakeholders in the animal feed industry.
  • Manage product sales and sales processes with key customers and distributors.
  • Participate in setting objectives and executing plans for sales, product forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and R&D efforts.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of feed and livestock industries, with proven experience in animal nutrition or feed additives.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Innovative thinking with a practical approach to getting things done.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
