Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business growth strategies to expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients/partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients through proactive follow-up and feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets through consistent effort and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any field preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C Sales or Account Management, particularly within Forex or CFD.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role required.
