Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at World Business Lenders, LLC.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ISOs, mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers.
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email, collaborating with internal departments and management to support files processing through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or in similar fields.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and positive attitude.
