Loan Origination Specialist

We are a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, providing general-purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base.

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers. You will also pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email, collaborating with internal departments to support files process through the pipeline.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ISOs, mortgage brokers, and other similar entities.
• Lead Pursuit: Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email, using excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to support files process through the pipeline.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

• English Fluency: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry Experience: At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or similar fields.
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
