About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic partnerships with ISOs, mortgage brokers, and other key players to drive referrals.
  2. Engage with leads via phone and email, leveraging collaboration with internal teams to propel pipeline growth.
  3. Accurately document sales interactions and client communications.
  4. Ongoing projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Native-level English proficiency, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loan sales origination or related fields.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Teams experience beneficial.
  • Aptitude for learning, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
