Junior Assistant Managers

In LL Consulting we are looking for Junior assistant managers for our important client Technology Company located in Concepción. Your objective will be to support the operational and strategic management of the company, ensuring efficient communication, project tracking and adoption of innovative technologies to enhance business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all communications, from initiation to closure of issues, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Attend meetings with clients, prepare minutes and follow up on established commitments.
- Coordinate trade shows, presentations and booth set-ups, including commercial negotiation, payments and management of promotional activities.
- Control Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) work programs, promotional and marketing initiatives, including the creation and management of audiovisual material.
- Prepare presentations and perform searches for technology information relevant to the organization.

Ideal Profile:

- Academic background: Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Advanced English Excluded
- Valid Passport Excluded
- Availability to travel and telecommute
- Driver's license desirable
