We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at World Business Lenders, LLC.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers.
- Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files processing through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or in similar fields.
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
