Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales

In a world where technology is constantly evolving, we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Account Manager for RUCKUS product portfolio in Santiago De Chile.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our field sales teams and management to identify targets that will grow our business and position our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Energetically support our field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and be the lead in many cases to see the opportunity through to the finish.
- Qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem using new business/project publications.
- Work with our CRM to manage opportunities and use it for account planning.
- Implement the CommScope Sales Methodology and follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
- Complete call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients and overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities and create and deliver qualified opportunities.
- Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC and ensure follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
- Through creative thinking and planning, identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice.
Requirements:
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English and Spanish Language (written and spoken).
- Have 6 months previous B2B selling experience in similar area.

- Has CRM (Salesforce) tool experience.
- Has sales experience in similar industry.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Shows innovation through outstanding ideas and proposes them to the team.
- Is willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
- Has experienced the benefits of data-driven, purposeful coaching.
- Is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
