Sales Strategy Leader

This position involves leading the implementation of a high-impact sales strategy for Motion Service in the Chilean market. The successful candidate will prioritize direct engagement with end users while leveraging other strategic channels to drive growth.
The key responsibilities include defining, planning, leading, and ensuring the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for Motion products and systems. Additionally, you will lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
The ideal candidate will be able to shape market dynamics, strengthen ABB's presence, and achieve ambitious business objectives. This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Chile.
- Executing the sales strategies of the Motion Divisions and achieving their sales targets.
- Leading a team of successful salespeople located throughout the country.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
- Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring a high hit rate.
- Acting upon leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Engaging with senior leaders at customer sites to discuss their energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies.
- Anticipating and identifying any shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions proactively.
- Participating in the negotiation of key opportunities.
- Upskilling your team on key topics such as sustainability, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and ISO 50001.
