About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Strategist to join our Onboarding and Fraud Prevention Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for detecting and preventing financial, legal, and reputational fraud using advanced analytics tools. Your expertise will be critical in verifying the identity of our merchants and their businesses, ensuring a secure and trustworthy experience for our customers.


Responsibilities



  • Create and execute all key digital account procedures, from eligibility criteria to monitoring and decline processes, balancing friction versus fraud rates.
  • Develop a strategy to minimize account takeovers (ATO) and maintain the main KPIs and leading indicators of the digital account.
  • Work closely with our global teams, particularly with the BR market, to leverage synergies and drive business growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets to generate insights, processes, and reports that inform business decisions.

    • Utilize SQL intermediate skills or basic level with a strong desire to learn and improve.
    • Be passionate about data-driven problem-solving and use insights to create weekly action plans that drive business results.
    • Develop a business vision that enables proactive and independent identification of needs and solutions.
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
    • Be a highly motivated team player, hands-on, focused, and committed to learning and improving skills.
    • Thrive in a constantly changing environment, proactive, and enthusiastic.
    • Enjoy building end-to-end solutions to existing and new problems, focusing on outcomes.
    • Have advanced English language skills, enabling effective communication, receiving guidance, and explaining and understanding domain topics.
    • Be able to provide feedback (Radical candor) and seek feedback from leaders and peers.
    • Have 0-2 years of experience in similar roles.
    • Possess knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and experience in Analytics at Risk/Payments Industry (desirable but not required).
