Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end content production process, including strategy, planning, creation, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure CMS components can support content and accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their content requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance content production efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English-language skills (B2–C1).
  • Experience in developing content architecture, navigation, and taxonomy frameworks to improve content findability and user experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content optimization, content workflow enhancements, and digital content best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Contentful, Contentstack, or similar headless platforms.
  • Experience in creating multilingual and regional content strategies, ensuring cultural relevance, and maintaining consistency across global markets.
  • A background in the Humanities or Media, with strong writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-discipline teams and work effectively with clients.
  • Working knowledge of issue-tracking tools like Jira.
  • Familiarity with technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and how they intersect with content strategy.
