Main Job Responsibilities- Manage daily lead generation from marketing efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients, assessing their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to design and implement lead conversion strategies.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
- Meet set targets for lead conversion rates and sales figures.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (REIsift and Kixie experience beneficial).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay and Schedule: $5 - $10 per hour, 40 hours per week.
