Main Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily lead generation from marketing efforts.
  2. Develop strong relationships with potential clients, assessing their needs and preferences.
  3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to design and implement lead conversion strategies.
  4. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
  6. Meet set targets for lead conversion rates and sales figures.
Essential Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (REIsift and Kixie experience beneficial).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay and Schedule: $5 - $10 per hour, 40 hours per week.
