Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our customer portfolio
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and presentations to potential clients

  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services sold
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Utilize salesforce software effectively
  • Develop commercial projects tailored to client needs, showcasing detailed knowledge of their challenges and requirements to provide added value
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology or logistics services
  • Experience in long-cycle sales
  • Demonstrated skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Availability for domestic travel
  • Experience in CRM/Salesforce management
